Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Allure Treasure. To provide our customers with the best value and maintain our partnership with global manufacturers, we adhere to the following strict no-refund policy.

1. General Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. Because most of our products are shipped directly from our manufacturer—with shipping times ranging from 5 to 20 business days—all sales are final. We cannot provide refunds for a change of mind or customer errors.

"Please note: Once an item has been shipped and tracking information is provided, any attempt to initiate a chargeback will be investigated as theft of merchandise and fraudulent activity. We aggressively pursue all instances of payment fraud and will provide all transaction evidence, including delivery confirmation, to local law enforcement and our legal counsel for potential prosecution

2. Order Cancellations

If you accidentally order the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

  • We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once the item has been fulfilled by our manufacturer, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Limited Return Window (1-3 Business Days)

We only accept returns for documented errors on our part (damaged or incorrect item received).

  • Request Period: You have 3 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right via a replacement.
